What is Precision Machining?

What is Permanent Mold Casting?
Permanent mold casting is a process for producing a large number of castings using a single reusable mold. The casting process involves pouring molten metal into a mold, where it cools and solidifies. The mold is then opened, the casting removed, and the mold is reused.
What is Shell Molding?
Shell molding, also known as shell-mold casting or the Croning process, is a metal casting technique that uses resin-covered sand to create molds for small to medium parts. The process was invented in Germany by Johannes Croning in the mid-20th century and is similar to sand casting, but it offers better dimensional accuracy, higher productivity, and lower labor requirements.
What is Aluminum Extrusion?
Extrusion is a manufacturing process that involves forcing a material through a die to create a specific shape. The die is a small disk with an opening of a specific size and shape. The material can be a liquid, such as molten aluminum. We also powder-coat extruded parts.
